My deeded ownership (which I am in possession of because it's paid for!)
is biennial ODD years. This means you own the 2 bedrooms every other year. If you only use one of the bedrooms, you
can bank the other bedroom for the next year. You can even split your week into 4 nights and 3 nights, but there is a
$59 cleaning fee when you book that last portion of your week.
$690 maintenance fees to be paid only in the years you
own, due 2011. All dues are current.
Full use of all resort amenities ( you name it, they got it, and always adding
more) Full use of the indoor waterpark, which is awesome. The slides are a blast!
I will pay for closing costs at
a title company of your choice. You can arrange the closing at an agreed title company and I will be there anywhere in
the Midwest. I will drive there.
I will bring everything I have received from Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort
and explain to you any questions you have.
This part should be obvious...certified bank funds that the title company
will handle the transaction.

I want to mention that the last time I visited the resort (March
2009), I talked with the timeshare salesman and they are selling this exact timeshare for $23,500 or more. My price is
half that.
They are selling the every year 2 bedroom units for $48,000. You can get a 5 bedroom unit on top
of the mountain for $99,000.
